    I am frustrated with the overall experience I've had with this service dept. Shortly after I got my brand new ID 4, I found my heater wasn't working as it should have. When I took it in, it was fixed. However, as soon as the weather started warming up, I realized my A/C no longer worked. I took the car in and they "fixed" the A/C. However, recently, I found that it was still not working right. When I took it in, they found that the coolant was only at about 25% of what it should be. This either means that it came from the factory low, or they leaked it during one of the services. They got this topped off and the A/C works better now. However, when I looked at my paperwork, I realized they did the recall work for the roof screen. At my previous visit, I told them I did not want this done as flame retardant is a known cancer agent. I did not want it sprayed in my vehicle. At this most recent service, they sprayed this chemical in the car (I can see the drips on the seats). I am very upset because now I have this flame retardant residue in a space where me and my family spend time. Overall, the service people are nice, but they are coming across as inept.
